FloridaTinting Inc. has the most experience in Clearwater for condo window tinting. In business since 1991, they have completed many condo window tinting jobs in Clearwater, Clearwater Beach, Island Estates, Indian Rocks Beach, Sand Key, and many more beach communities in Pinellas County. They have been providing customers with peace of mind by applying LLumar 8-mil Safety & Security  window film and LLumar Solar Control window film on their condo windows. Providing significant savings on electric bills, reduce fading from harmful UV rays, reduce heat while providing a more comfortable living environment, and most importantly, not taking away from the view but enhancing it, are what these satisfied customers are receiving.

In 2006, FloridaTinting Inc. installed LLumar Magnum 8-mil Safety & Security film and LLumar Solar control window film at the Grande on Sand Key. They applied the security  film to all tempered panes in the common areas for both towers. Due to the vast knowledge FloridaTinting Inc. has to the different glass types, they applied a LLumar solar window film to all the laminated panes in these same common areas. The Grande on Sand Key has a combination of both laminated (hurricane glass) and tempered (strong, but will explode upon impact of flying debris) glass in the same areas. This combination of products provided The Grande residents a secure envelope of storm protection and lower electric bills while not having any visible difference in the two films side by side. By the wise decision of using two different films on this project, it resulted in a considerable lower job cost for the Grande Condo Home Owners Association. This prestigious job shows the kind of exceptional quality, honesty, and expertise FloridaTinting Inc. provides. Many individual condos were completed at the Grande on Sand Key after that job and are still being completed today.

In 2008, FloridaTinting, Inc. installed LLumar Magnum 8-mil Safety & Security film on all the common areas for Ultimar 3. This was a very detail oriented and eccentric job. Due to the large pane sizes and height required to access the glass, a 30-ft scissor-lift was used. A wet-glazed frame attachment system was used on every pane. A frame attachment system is the use of Dow Corning 995 silicone structural glazing sealant being applied to the edges of each pane. This extra step attaches the film securely to the window frame preventing the pane from breaking through in the event of glass breakage. After applying the Dow Corning 995, then a decorative black plastic product, (BondKap®) was used for covering the black silicone and creating a more aesthetically appealing look. The BondKap® System assures the Dow 995 has the correct amount of contact to both surfaces and leaves a very finished appearance. Many individual condo units were completed immediately after this job completion and are still being completed today.

There has been and currently is other condo window tinting jobs being completed in Clearwater, Sand Key, and the surrounding areas. Lighthouse Towers, Meridian, Utopia, Dan’s Island, Ultimar Towers 1, 2, and 3, Island Estate condos, and Water’s Edge are just a few.
